MANSFIELD -- Inkcarceration, one of the largest rock music and tattoo festivals in Ohio, has announced the daily line-up for the three-day event.
Limp Bizkit will headline the first day on Friday, July 10. Weezer will headline Saturday's show, and Blink-182 will headline Sunday's ticket.
Mansfield's first band to play at Inkcarceration, Sink the Ship, will perform Sunday.
This is the third year of Inkcarceration at the former Ohio State Reformatory. Big acts included Clutch, Bush and Rise Against in 2018. In 2019, Godsmack, Shinedown and Five Finger Death Punch performed.
Approximately 45,000 people attended this event last year, and organizers are hoping for the festival to grow in numbers and popularity yet again this summer.
"We are excited to be able to help bring the Inkcarceration Festival back to the Reformatory and Mansfield," said Ohio State Reformatory deputy director Dan Smith. "It’s an incredible opportunity for us to provide one of the most unique festivals around. Make sure to grab your tickets before they sell out."
According to Music Mayhem magazine, The INKcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival nearly tripled its attendance of approximately 15,000 from the 2018 show.
This event is touted as one of the nation’s premier rock festivals. INKcarceration 2019 featured over 30 bands on two outdoor stages, 65 tattoo artists, reformatory tours, gourmet food trucks, and for the first time, the haunted house attraction, Escape from Blood Prison.
