NASHVILLE, Tenn. – "Hardy," country music's newest redneck, is bringing his Mississippi swamp-infused country rock anthems and hard-charged live show to the Richland County Fair in Mansfield on Aug. 6.
The Big Loud Records/Tree Vibez Music newcomer started his career with a pair of chart-topping #1 hits as a songwriter – Morgan Wallen’s summer smash “Up Down” featuring Florida Georgia Line, and FGL’s chart-racer “Simple.” Following the platinum successes, Hardy launched his own brand of tunes on two EPs – October 2018’s THIS OLE BOY and January 2019’s Where To Find Me – that released to critical acclaim and quick fan reaction.
Named a CMT Listen Up Artist for 2019 and One to Watch by Amazon Music, Pandora, PopCulture, Sounds Like Nashville, Taste of Country, Rolling Stone and The Boot, Hardy is making his mark on the country music scene. His current single “Rednecker” is Top 35 at Country radio, was just named Taste of Country’s “Song of the Summer” for 2019, and is quickly becoming a backwoods anthem, driving him steadily into 2019.
The tunesmith wrapped a three-month run as direct support on Morgan Wallen’s 27-city IF I KNOW ME TOUR, and will continue his live show run this summer on Florida Georgia Line’s Can't Say I Ain't Country tour.

Hardy launched as an artist with the release of two four-song EPs of Country swagger and rock attitude, This Ole Boy (October 2018) and Where To Find Me (January 2019). Soon after, he was named to CMT’s 2019 Listen Up class, tapped as One To Watch by Rolling Stone Country, Amazon, Pandora and many more, and won the 2019 AIMP Award for Rising Artist-Writer of the Year.
Emerging as an in-demand songwriter in 2018 with two PLATINUM-certified #1s, “Up Down” (Morgan Wallen feat. Florida Georgia Line) and “Simple” (FGL), his knack for unforgettable grooves and unique turns of phrase have made him “one of Music Row’s most consistent hit-makers on the rise” (CMT), with Blake Shelton, Chris Lane and more lining up to cut his tracks.
Hardy just wrapped a three-month run as direct support on Morgan Wallen’s If I Know Me tour, and will join multi-platinum duo Florida Georgia Line for their Can't Say I Ain't Country tour this summer.
