CRESTLINE -- The Crestline Public Library youth summer reading program, "A Universe of Stories," begins June 11 at 10 a.m. with the "Blast Off with Mr. Puppet" program.

Children are encouraged to read books during the summer and fill out reading forms for a chance at a weekly prize.

The list of summer programs include:

June 18 -- 10 a.m. -- "To the Library and Beyond"- six different stations of reading fun!

June 25 -- 10 a.m. -- "Go Space Bunnies"- movie and sticker craft

July 2- Go trekking with your favorite stuffed pet -"Pet Parade," followed by a program of Nocturnal animals form Lowe/Volk Park

July 15 -- 6:30 p.m. -- Family Moonlight Bingo - open to all ages

July 16 -- 8:30 p.m. -- Celebrate the "Buck" Moon -- Astronomer Dan Everly will present a program about the moon. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit outside, weather permitting

July 23 -- 10 a.m. -- "Where do Balloons Go?" Balloon launch and craft

July 30 -- 10 a.m. - - Closing program " Unexpected Flying Objects," presented by Tony Steinbeck
