BUCYRUS -- A man sought on multiple felony warrants in multiple states was arrested Monday afternoon in Bucyrus, according to Police reports.
A press release from Bucyrus stated that officers are investigating a report of credit card theft from the 400 block of E. Charles St. at 1:46 p.m. The WBCO radio office in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street reported suspicious activity.
An unknown man abandoned a vehicle in the private lot and walked away. The man was sweating profusely and there was reportedly a lot of beer in the vehicle. A tow truck removed the abandoned vehicle from the private lot.
The unknown man was returning to the area and observing the activity ran away towards the Salvation Army in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street.
The man was making suicidal threats and disorderly. Upon further investigation the individual is wanted out of Virginia for felony warrants and that state wants to extradite him.
The subject also faces local felony charges for the credit card theft. The subject was taken to the Crawford County Jail to await a hearing.

11:35 a.m. Officers checked an alley in the 100 block of E. Perry St. that was reportedly blocked.
1:08 p.m. Officers assisted a juvenile making suicide threats with a knife and the subject was taken to the hospital for care.
1:32 p.m. Officers assisted a juvenile having suicide threats and the subject was taken to hospital by EMS.
1:43 p.m. Officers investigated a 911 hang up call in the 500 block of Failor St.
1:44 p.m. Officers investigated a 911 hang up call in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Ave.
2:18 p.m. A theft report was taken at the Police Department. A Bucyrus resident reported theft by misuse of a credit card.
6:16 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 800 block of Cleland Av.
8:46 p.m. A traffic complaint was made in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.
11:28 p.m. An alarm at Bucyrus Precision Tech was investigated and an open door was located.

12:43 a.m. A report of a man with no clothes sitting on a chair in the 300 block of E. Warren Street was investigated. No one was located.
3:23 a.m. A false alarm at Ehrhart’s Party Store was investigated.
5:14 a.m. A report of a suspicious vehicle driving slowly and stopping occasionally on E. Beal Avenue was investigated.
6:33 a.m. A report of a suspicious person knocking on a door and running in the 1000 block of E. Beal Avenue was investigated.
