Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Techman Sales represents a client that manufactures canning lids and accessories in Sugar Creek, Ohio. We are hiring for a part-time position (25 hours/week) that will manage customer support for our Food Canning products business unit.  This position will be located in our Lexington, Ohio office.

Full and comprehensive training to be provided. 

Responsibilities include:

Call prospective distributors, wholesalers & retailers to help fuel our sales growth nationwide

Professional and courteous disposition

Collaborate with Techman Sales Team

Ideal candidate will have:

Great verbal communication skills

Friendly and helpful disposition

Professional demeanor and appearance

Strong customer service skills

Canning experience is a plus
