Details for Richland Area Chamber seeking Executive Assistant & Community Sector Coordinator

The Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant & Community Sector Coordinator. This position directly assists the President & CEO of the Chamber with calendar management, board of directors’ support, financial administration, project management and more.

They also provide administrative support for the 11 different community development sectors that operate under the Chamber’s sister organization, RCDG (examples include arts, beautification, young professionals, Leader Richland). Additionally, this role provides oversight of key office operations and covers front office duties.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and customer-focused team player who has strong experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

They should be extremely organized, comfortable setting up and working within systems, and can move between tasks. They will be personable, focused, an open-minded problem solver and able to work in a team environment.

They should be familiar with Microsoft Office software, and have experience with written communications in a business setting. They should be a self-starter with proven ability to meet goals. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, retirement match, life insurance, and paid time off.
