MANSFIELD — The Holden Agency has announced that Katie Crall has joined its team as a real estate agent. She will provide services to clients in Richland and Crawford counties, as well as the Greater Columbus area.
A Bucyrus native, Crall graduated from Wynford High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She has 14 years of marketing, sales and customer service experience behind her.
Active in her local community, Crall serves on the Richland County Humane Society and Richland Young Professionals Board of Directors. She is also a Leadership Unlimited alumna.
Crall is the Marketing and Events Specialist at Downtown Mansfield, Inc. and has a love for historic preservation and helping improve the community any way she can.
“I’ve always been interested in real estate – home renovations, architecture, parade of homes, etc. but my love of real estate really took off when I lived in Catawba selling homes directly for a developer,” she states. “I loved working with clients, walking them through the whole process and seeing their faces when they were finally home.”
Having been through buying and selling a home a few times herself, she is eager to provide help to her clients.
“Buying or selling a property can be very stressful. I want to make the process as easy as possible for our customers.”
Crall’s decision to join The Holden Agency was largely driven by the agency’s culture and approach to business.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Austin and their five pets. She has a passion for rescuing animals, home improvement projects, hiking, traveling, concerts and being with family and friends.
