MANSFIELD -- The Holden Agency has announced that it has added Crystal Howard to its team of real estate agents.
Howard is a lifelong resident of the state of Ohio where she has lived in Lorain County for most of her life. Her professional background is administrative and customer service-focused, working the greater part of the last decade at two accounting firms based in Cleveland.
During the foreclosure boom of the mid 2000’s Crystal worked for field service providers where she was responsible for updating and billing contractor workorders for maintaining foreclosed and REO properties for banks throughout the country. She has also earned a degree in Psychology.
Howard said she is excited to start her journey as a real estate agent where she can put her love for helping others and her background in Psychology to work for her clients.
“My interest in Psychology and the principles of a home influencing a family’s quality of life are central to my decision to join this profession,” she stated. “Making the process of buying and selling real estate as seamless as possible is my primary goal.”
Jerry Holden, owner of The Holden Agency, also expressed his excitement to have Crystal on board.
“We are thrilled to have Crystal join our growing team of agents," Holden said. "Crystal will be covering an expansive geographical area, which will allow both her and her clients to be successful.”
In her spare time, she enjoys all types of arts, crafts, baking, as well as carpentry. She enjoys decorating her home and spending time with her family and their Puggle.
