MANSFIELD -- The Holden Agency has announced that it has added Bill Pearce to its growing team of real estate agents.
“My extensive background in management, maintenance, finance, and mortgages, will allow me to provide our clients with an advanced level of expertise as we aim to fulfill their home, business and investment dreams,” Pearce stated.
Pearce has worked and been educated in various departments within the real estate industry over the past 30 years. While still a teenager, he was hired as the property manager of a 19-unit apartment complex near Cleveland. He worked professionally in kitchen design and in residential property management while studying his undergraduate degree in Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
He later worked both in Ohio and internationally as a Commercial Real Estate Manager.
With a desire to learn another facet of Real Estate, he decided to study the art of finance. He worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer with a large financial institution in Cleveland and later obtained his MBA in finance from Ashland University.
Over the past seven years, Pearce has enjoyed entrepreneurship with his own successful start-up called “Mansfield Handyman” & “Salem Property Care.”
These companies focus on landscapes and the home maintenance needs of every homeowner, interior & exterior in north central Ohio.
One of Pearce's earliest dreams came true after he graduated from Hondros Business College and became an Ohio Board licensed Real Estate agent in 2015. He now hopes to put his lifetime of knowledge to work for clients of The Holden Agency.
Jerry Holden, owner of The Holden Agency, is looking forward to Pearce’s contributions to the Holden team as they continue to expand their presence in the Columbus market.
“Bill has a great business in Columbus. He’s a great addition to our growing team of agents in in that area. We’re really looking forward to his growth he’ll provide in the coming year.”
In his spare time, Pearce enjoys spending time with his family, camping out, and cooking on an open-flame wood fire.
