BUCYRUS -- Brad Murtiff, President and CEO of First Federal Community Bank, has announced Michelle Studer is the winner of the 2020 Lynn Brewer Award.
The award is named after Lynn Brewer, who was an employee of First Federal for 41 years, and embodied all that this award represents. The recipient of the award is to be selfless, professional, committed to the bank and their coworkers, dedicated to the cause, and passionate about being the best they can be to benefit their peers and the Bank.
To be selected as the winner is a tremendous honor, as nominations come from your coworkers, who notice what you do every day. It is an homage to those that go above and beyond for the customer and company and expect nothing in return.
Each year the winner receives $1,000 in cash and their name on a plaque that is hung up in the Bank. There is also a $500 donation made to the Wynford Academic Boosters in their name, as directed by Lynn herself.
