Originally opened in 1977 by the Ghessouras family, the restaurant has been serving authentic Greek gyros and dinner menu at a great value. It has always been a family-owned restaurant, which gives it a homey, comfortable feel. 

Athena owners could not be happier with their chosen Downtown Mansfield location and are proud to serve delicious Greek food the community.

Athena shows this love for the community by giving back. The restaurant supports the community in many ways, often with gift card donations to support local events and the US military.
