MANSFIELD -- THA Mortgage has announced the addition of Sarah Graham to its team. Sarah will provide services to clients in the role of Mortgage Loan Officer.

A resident of Olmsted Falls, she has worked in the banking industry for 12 years and has been a Loan Originator for almost eight years. She was initially driven to her career by the desire to continue learning, and to help people reach their purchasing and refinancing goals.

“I enjoy educating borrowers on the mortgage process and showing them different options and possible savings,” she stated. “Whether a person is a first-time home-buyer, or they have purchased several homes, it is enjoyable to walk through the process with them and help them achieve their goals.”

The experience which Graham has accumulated with various products and situations will allow her to provide borrowers with the options that best fit their needs. She hopes to leverage her patient personality and strength as a listener to deliver the best-possible experience.

“I enjoy showing borrowers how they could save money. We are almost like teachers, really," she said. "I am always willing to go over things and answer questions so that our borrowers have a clearer understanding of the process.”

Jerry Holden, CEO of THA Brands, is confident that Sarah’s personality and skillset will be a major benefit to THA Mortgage’s operations.

“We’re extremely lucky to have someone with the expertise and experience that Sarah has," Holden said. "Her knowledge of the banking world will be a tremendous asset for us as we’re experiencing rapid growth as a company.”

Graham joined THA Mortgage for the opportunity to continue to grow as a Loan Originator, and to provide top-level service to THA Mortgage’s clients.

“Jerry and his team have been very welcoming," she said. "The company truly feels like a family. I’m excited for this opportunity to grow and provide quality service to THA Mortgage’s clients.”

Graham can be reached by phone at 330-304-5440, or by email at
