MANSFIELD – Richland Bank Vice President, Jeff Parton, announced the promotion of Alex Goff to Banking Center Manager of the Springmill Banking Center.

“Alex is an energetic person and brings a strong customer service skill set to this position,” Parton said. “He is passionate about business development and taking care of his customers. I look forward to seeing Alex grow our Springmill Banking Center.”

Goff joined the bank in 2018 as a Management Associate. During his first year with the bank, he developed and managed a mentorship program for new hires pairing them with seasoned bankers.

Goff is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Mount Union. He completed his MBA in finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2019.

Goff is currently the co-chair for the Shelby Bicycle Days Festival, and sits on the board for the Domestic Violence Shelter.

Alex and his wife, Lisa, reside in Mansfield.
