MANSFIELD — Mechanics Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.
David Baumann has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Dave joined Mechanics in 2010 as Manager of Human Resources and now serves as the Branch Sales & Service, Human Resources & Facilities Manager. Dave has a bachelor’s degree from Franklin University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ashland University. Additionally, Dave is a graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Bank Management School and is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Philip McClenathan has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Phil joined Mechanics in 2000, serving numerous roles in the past 21 years, many focused within the consumer and commercial lending departments. Phil now serves as the Senior Credit Officer and Commercial Loan Manager. Phil has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. He is a graduate of the Ohio Bankers League (OBL) Bank Management School, OBL Bank Leadership Institute, Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and GSB’s Financial Management School.
Gregory Mumea has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Greg joined Mechanics in 2005 as a residential mortgage loan officer and now serves as the Residential Mortgage and Consumer Loan Manager. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
