ASHLAND -- The Ohio Department of Transportation has issued its District 3 construction report for the Week of Oct. 15.

As a result, Ashland County drivers are urged to use caution on these roads:

US Route 42

US 42, at the intersection of King Rd., will have traffic maintained with flaggers as needed, as crews continue underground work on signals. The project is expected to be complete November 2018.

US Route 224

US 224, from SR 511 to the Medina County line, will have single-lane closures for pavement repairs and resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete October 2018.

US 224, from the Huron County line to SR 511, will have single-lane closures for a microsurfacing project. Crews will be microsurfacing the pavement next week. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to be complete October 2018.
