MANSFIELD — A Richland County grand jury indicted 52 people in its latest session, according to the Richland County Prosecutor’s office.
Those who were indicted and their charges are listed below:
1. Demetrius Hilory, possession of cocaine, forfeiture spec, possession of marijuana.
2. Warren Wheeler, abduction (two counts) unlawful restraint.
3. John Glover, burglary (two counts), grand theft of a firearm.
4. Esaidre Welch, aggravated burglary, burglary (two counts).
5. Kraige Black, felonious assault (six counts) involuntary manslaughter, improperly handing a firearm in a motor vehicle.
6. David Baker, assault.
7. Chad Newman, failure to provide change of address, escape.
8. Christopher Cross, having weapons while under disability, forfeiture specification.
9. Jeremy Roesel, failure to verify current address.
10. Joseph Fisher, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.
11. Melissa Trimble abduction (two counts) unlawful restraint.
12. Marlon Catney, illegal conveyance of drugs to abuse onto the the grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated possession of drugs.
13. Joseph Lewis, felonious assault (two counts).
14. Ben Brock, failure to notify change of address.
15. Lyric Borders, obstructing justice.
16. Joelle Rivera, domestic violence, felonious assault.
17. Tiffany Fisher, aggravated possession of drugs.
18. Jeremy Prelipp, receiving stolen property, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

21. Patrick Benedict, breaking and entering, theft.
