The Richland Community Development Group has added two new members to their Executive Board. Carl Fernyak and Randy Payne have been elected to the Board. In making the announcement, John Brown, Chairman of the Board, stated, “I am very pleased that Carl and Randy will be joining the Executive Board of RCDG. Both Carl and Randy, and their respective companies, have long track records of supporting our local community. I am excited they are willing to bring some of that commitment and expertise to RCDG.”

Randy and his family have resided in Richland County since 1988. He is a graduate of the University of Akron. He is the owner of Adena Corporation and is also an active board member of the Mansfield Area Y.

Carl Fernyak is a native of Mansfield. He graduated from St. Peter High School and the University of Dayton. He currently serves as the CEO of MT Business Technologies, Inc. and has been involved with RCDG since its inception.

The Executive Board is works collaboratively with the Leadership Board of the organization to carry out the mission of RCDG. RCDG is a non-profit 501 c3 organization funded mostly by private sector donations. It focuses solely on improving on the economic vitality of Richland County. RCDG takes a four pronged approach to improving our economy.
